A highly range-restricted heavily-streaked long-legged pipit of seasonally flooded coastal grassland confined to coastal Northern Kenya/Southern Somalia. Despite its name it is rarely seen near Malindi & is most easily seen at Gongoni (at the saltworks -permission is needed for access).
